En ce temps-là, la lumière ne sera plus nécessaire, Au temps de Dieu, Jérusalem sera renouvelée. Israël n'aura plus besoin de recourir aux idoles pour que tombe la pluie, ni de craindre la sécheresse et les famines, et pas davantage de construire des remparts pour se protéger. Il aura retrouvé son Dieu, lui qui règne sur la nature et sur le monde. il n'y aura plus ni froid ni gel.
