فَأُقَسِّي قَلْبَ فِرْعَوْنَ حَتَّى يَسْعَى وَرَاءَكُمْ فَأَتَعَظَّمُ آنَئِذٍ (بِالقَضَاءِ) عَلَى فِرْعَوْنَ وَعَلَى جَيْشِهِ، وَيَعْرِفُ الْمِصْرِيُّونَ أَنِّي أَنَا الرَّبُّ». وَهَكَذَا فَعَلَ الإِسْرَائِيلِيُّونَ.
