الجادِيُّون وَانْفَصَلَ هَؤُلاءِ الرِّجالُ عَنِ الجادِيِّينَ، وَانضَمُّوا إلَى داوُدَ فِي الحِصْنِ فِي البَرِّيَّةِ، وَهُمْ مُحارِبُونَ شُجْعانٌ، مُدرَّبُونَ عَلَى القِتالِ، وَماهِرُونَ فِي اسْتِخدامِ التُّرْسِ وَالرُّمْحِ. كانَتْ لَهُمْ شَراسَةُ الأُسُودِ وَرَشاقَةُ الظِّباءِ وَسُرْعَتُهُم عَلَى الجِبالِ:
