وَإنْ كَانَتْ عَينُكَ تَدْفَعُكَ إلَى الخَطِيَّةِ، فَاقلَعْهَا وَألقِهَا بَعِيدًا عَنْكَ! فَإنَّهُ مِنَ الأفضَلِ أنْ تَدْخُلَ الحَيَاةَ بِعَينٍ وَاحِدَةٍ، مِنْ أنْ يَكُونَ لَكَ عَينَانِ اثْنَتَانِ وَتُلْقَى إلَى نَارِ جَهَنَّمَ.»
