تَمَكَّنَ دَاوُدُ مِنَ النَّجَاةِ وَلَجَأ إلَى صَمُوئِيلَ فِي الرَّامَةِ. وَأخبَرَ دَاوُدُ صَمُوئِيلَ بِكُلِّ مَا فَعَلَهُ بِهِ شَاوُلُ. ثُمَّ ذَهَبَ دَاوُدُ وَصَمُوئيلُ إلَى مُخَيَّمَاتِ الأنْبِيَاءِ.
