እግዚአብሔር እንዲህ ይላል፦ “ከእነርሱ ጋር የሚኖረኝ ቃል ኪዳን ይህ ነው፦ ከአሁን ጀምሮ እስከ ዘለዓለም በእናንተ ላይ ያለው መንፈሴና በአንደበታችሁ ያኖርኩትን ቃሌን ለልጆቻችሁና ለልጅ ልጆቻችሁ አስተምሩ ይላል እግዚአብሔር።”
