ለእግዚአብሔር በጎ መዓዛ ያለው የተመረጠ የሚቃጠል መሥዋዕት፥ ወይም የድኅነት መሥዋዕት ያደርገው ዘንድ ወደ ምስክሩ ድንኳን ደጃፍ ባያመጣው፥ በሌላም ቦታ ቢያርደው፥ በእግዚአብሔር ማደሪያ ፊት ለእግዚአብሔር ቍርባን ያቀርብ ዘንድ ወደ ምስክሩ ድንኳን ባያመጣው፥ ደሙ በዚያ ሰው ላይ ይቈጠርበታል፤ ደም አፍስሶአልና፤ ያም ከሕዝቡ ተለይቶ ይጥፋ።
