“Hierna moet die offisiere van die soldate ook met die soldate praat. Hulle moet sê: ‘Is daar iemand onder julle wat so pas ’n nuwe huis gebou het, maar nog nie eens kon intrek voor hy opgeroep is om teen die vyand te kom veg nie? As daar so iemand is, moet hy huis toe gaan. Dalk word hy in die geveg doodgemaak, en dan gaan bly vreemde mense in die huis waaraan hy so hard gewerk het.
