حِينَ تَتَعَدَّوْنَ عَلَى عَهْدِ الرَّبِّ إِلَهِكُمُ الَّذِي أَمَرَكُمْ بِهِ فَتَعْبُدُونَ آلِهَةً أُخْرَى وَتَسْجُدُونَ لَهَا، عِنْدَئِذٍ يَحْتَدِمُ غَضَبُ الرَّبِّ عَلَيْكُمْ فَتَنْقَرِضُونَ سَرِيعاً مِنَ الأَرْضِ الْخَيِّرَةِ الَّتِي وَهَبَهَا لَكُمْ».
