وَلاَ يَكُونُ فِيهَا بَعْدُ طِفْلٌ لاَ يَعِيشُ سِوَى أَيَّامٍ قَلاَئِلَ، أَوْ شَيْخٌ لاَ يَسْتَوْفِي أَيَّامَهُ. وَمَنْ يَمُوتُ ابْنَ مِئَةِ سَنَةٍ يُعْتَبَرُ فَتىً، وَمَنْ لاَ يَبْلُغُهَا يَكُونُ مَلْعُوناً.
