وَفِي الشَّهْرِ الأَوَّلِ، أَيْ شَهْرِ نِيسَانَ، مِنَ السَّنَةِ الثَّانِيَةَ عَشْرَةَ لِحُكْمِ الْمَلِكِ أَحَشْوِيرُوشَ، أَخَذُوا فِي إِلْقَاءِ الْقُرْعَةِ أَمَامَ هَامَانَ، يَوْماً بَعْدَ يَوْمٍ، وَشَهْراً بَعْدَ شَهْرٍ حَتَّى الشَّهْرِ الثَّانِي عَشَرَ، أَيْ شَهْرِ أَذَارَ، وَكَانُوا يَدْعُونَ الْقُرْعَةَ «فُوراً».
