يَحْسِبُ عَدَدَ السِّنِينَ الَّتِي مَضَتْ مُنْذُ تَمَّ الْبَيْعُ، وَيَدْفَعُ لِلْمُشْتَرِي مَا يَحِقُّ لَهُ عَنِ السِّنِينَ الْبَاقِيَةِ إِلَى الْيُوبِيلِ. وَعِنْدَ ذَلِكَ يُمْكِنُهُ أَنْ يَرْجِعَ إِلَى مِلْكِهِ.
