فَصَعِدَ أبِيمَالِكُ إلَى جَبَلِ صَلْمُونَ، هُوَ وَجَمَاعَتُهُ الَّذِينَ مَعْهُ. وَأخَذَ أبِيمَالِكُ فُؤُوسًا مَعَهُ، وَقَطَعَ حُزْمَةً مِنَ الخَشَبِ، وَرَفَعَهَا وَوَضَعَهَا عَلَى كَتِفِهِ، ثُمَّ قَالَ لِجَمَاعَتِهِ الَّذِينَ مَعَهُ: «افْعَلُوا بِسُرْعَةٍ مَا رَأيْتُمُونِي أفْعَلُهُ!»
