وَهَذَا هُوَ مَا فَعَلتُهُ فِي القُدْسِ. إذْ وَضَعتُ كَثِيرِينَ مِنَ المُؤمِنِينَ المُقَدَّسِينَ فِي السِّجْنِ، بَعْدَ أنْ أخَذتُ تَفْوِيضًا بِذَلِكَ مِنْ كِبَارِ الكَهَنَةِ. وَحِينَ كَانَ يُحكَمُ عَلَيْهِمْ بِالمَوْتِ كُنْتُ أُصَوِّتُ ضِدَّهُمْ.
