وَأصَابَ اللهُ المَلِكَ عَزَرْيَا بِالبَرَصِ، فَكَانَ أبْرَصَ حَتَّى يَوْمِ مَوْتِهِ. ولذَا سَكَنَ فِي بَيْتٍ خَاصٍّ. فَتَوَلَّى ابْنُهُ يُوثَامُ الإشْرَافَ عَلَى بَيْتِ المَلِكِ وَإدَارَةَ شُؤُونِ الشَّعْبِ.
