وَوَضَعَ حَامِيَاتٍ عَسْكَرِيَّةً فِي أدُومَ. وَصَارَ كُلُّ أهْلِ أدُومَ خُدَّامًا لِدَاوُدَ خَاضِعِينَ لَهُ. وَكَانَ اللهُ يَنْصُرُ دَاوُدَ حَيْثُمَا تَوَجَّهَ.
