عاصِمَةُ أفْرايِمَ هِيَ السّامِرَةُ، وَحاكِمُ السّامِرَةِ هُوَ فَقَحُ بْنُ رَمَلْيا الآنَ. إنْ لَمْ تُؤمِنُوا بِهَذِهِ الرِّسالَةِ، فَلَنْ تأمَنُوا.»
