فَكانَ العَهدُ يَقضِي بِأنْ تَبقَى المَملَكَةُ خاضِعَةً فَلا تَرتَفِعُ، بَلْ تُحافِظُ عَلَى هَذا العَهْدِ مُقابِلَ سَلامَتِها.
