وَقادَ مُوسَى بَنِي إسْرائِيلَ مِنَ البَحرِ الأحْمَرِ، وَسارُوا إلَى صَحْراءِ شُورٍ. سارُوا ثَلاثَةً أيّامٍ فِي الصَّحْراءِ مِنْ غَيرِ أنْ يَجِدُوا ماءً.
