وَنُشِرَتْ نُسَخٌ مِنْ هَذا القَرارِ المَكتُوبِ فِي كُلِّ البِلادِ وَالمُقاطَعاتِ، وَأُعلِنَتْ لِكُلِّ الشُّعُوبِ وَذَلِكَ ليَكُونُوا مُسْتَعِدِّينَ لِذَلِكَ اليَومِ.
