فَدُعِيَ كُتَّابُ ٱلْمَلِكِ فِي ذَلِكَ ٱلْوَقْتِ فِي ٱلشَّهْرِ ٱلثَّالِثِ، أَيْ شَهْرِ سِيوَانَ، فِي ٱلثَّالِثِ وَٱلْعِشْرِينَ مِنْهُ، وَكُتِبَ حَسَبَ كُلِّ مَا أَمَرَ بِهِ مُرْدَخَايُ إِلَى ٱلْيَهُودِ وَإِلَى ٱلْمَرَازِبَةِ وَٱلْوُلَاةِ وَرُؤَسَاءِ ٱلْبُلْدَانِ ٱلَّتِي مِنَ ٱلْهِنْدِ إِلَى كُوشَ، مِئَةٍ وَسَبْعٍ وَعِشْرِينَ كُورَةً، إِلَى كُلِّ كُورَةٍ بِكِتَابَتِهَا وَكُلِّ شَعْبٍ بِلِسَانِهِ، وَإِلَى ٱلْيَهُودِ بِكِتَابَتِهِمْ وَلِسَانِهِمْ.
