وَسَمِعَ ٱلْفِلِسْطِينِيُّونَ أَنَّ بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ قَدِ ٱجْتَمَعُوا فِي ٱلْمِصْفَاةِ، فَصَعِدَ أَقْطَابُ ٱلْفِلِسْطِينِيِّينَ إِلَى إِسْرَائِيلَ. فَلَمَّا سَمِعَ بَنُو إِسْرَائِيلَ خَافُوا مِنَ ٱلْفِلِسْطِينِيِّينَ.
