وَسَكَنَ رُؤَسَاءُ الشَّعْبِ فِي الْقُدْسِ. أَمَّا بَقِيَّةُ الشَّعْبِ، فَأَلْقَوْا قُرْعَةً لِيَخْتَارُوا وَاحِدًا مِنْ كُلِّ 10 لِيَسْكُنَ فِي الْقُدْسِ الْمَدِينَةِ الْمُقَدَّسَةِ، وَيَسْكُنَ الـ9 الْبَاقُونَ فِي الْمُدُنِ الْأُخْرَى.
