فَيَقْضِي بَيْنَ شُعُوبٍ كَثِيرَةٍ، وَيَحْكُمُ بَيْنَ أُمَمٍ قَوِيَّةٍ بَعِيدَةٍ، فَيَصْنَعُونَ مِنْ سُيُوفِهِمْ أَسْنَانَ مَحَارِيثَ، وَمِنْ رِمَاحِهِمْ مَنَاجِلَ. فَلَا تَرْفَعُ أُمَّةٌ عَلَى أُمَّةٍ سَيْفًا، وَلَا يَتَعَلَّمُونَ الْحَرْبَ فِيمَا بَعْدُ.
