وَلَكِنْ إِنْ كَانَ وَاحِدٌ يَكْرَهُ آخَرَ، فَكَمَنَ لَهُ وَقَامَ عَلَيْهِ وَضَرَبَهُ ضَرْبَةً قَاتِلَةً فَمَاتَ، ثُمَّ هَرَبَ إِلَى إِحْدَى هَذِهِ الْمُدُنِ.
