وَكَانَ لِسُلَيْمَانَ 4,000 مَعْلَفٍ لِخَيْلِ مَرْكَبَاتِهِ، وَ12 أَلْفًا مِنَ الْخَيْلِ. فَوَضَعَ بَعْضَهَا فِي مُدُنِ الْمَرْكَبَاتِ، وَبَعْضَهَا عِنْدَهُ فِي الْقُدْسِ.
