لِماذا أَتى الرَّبُّ بِنا إِلى هٰذه الأَرضِ حَتَّى نَسقُطَ تَحتَ السَّيفِ وتَصيرَ نِساؤُنا وأَطْفالُنا غَنيمةً؟ أَليسَ خَيرًا لَنا أَن نَعودَ إِلى مِصْر؟»
