المَلِكُ يَحزَنُ والرَّئيسُ يَتَسَربَلُ بِالدَّهَش، وأَيدي شَعبِ الأَرضِ تَرتَجِف. بِحَسَبِ سُلوكِهم أَصنَعُ بِهم وبِحَسَبِ أَحْكامِهم أَحكُمُ علَيهم، فيَعلَمونَ أَنِّي أَنا الرَّبّ.
