فٱحفَظوها وٱعمَلوا بِها، فإِنَّها حِكمَتُكم وفَهمُكم أَمامَ عُيونِ الشُّعوبِ الَّتي، إِذا سَمِعَت بِهٰذه الفَرائِض، تَقول: لا شَكَّ أَنَّ هٰذه الأُمَّةَ العَظيمةَ هي شَعبٌ حَكيمٌ فَهيم.
