فأُخبِرَ المَلِكُ داوُدُ وقيلَ لَه إِنَّ الرَّبَّ قد بارَكَ عوبيدَ أَدومَ وكُلَّ ما لَه بِسَبَبِ تابوتِ الله. فمَضى داوُدُ وأَصعَدَ تابوتَ اللهِ بِفَرَحٍ مِن بَيتِ عوبيدَ أَدومَ إِلى مَدينَةِ داود.
