وَأعَادَ الألفَ وَالمِئَةَ مِثْقَالٍ مِنَ الفِضَّةِ إلَى أُمِّهِ. فَقَالَتْ أُمُّهُ: «هَا أنَا آخُذُ هَذِهِ الفِضَّةَ وَأُخَصِّصُهَا للهِ ، فَسأُعيدُهَا إلَى ابْنِي مِنْ أجْلِ صُنْعِ تِمثَالٍ مِنْ مَعدَنٍ مَسْبُوكٍ.» فَرَدَّتِ الفِضَّةَ لِمِيخَا.
