«ارفَعُوا عَلَامَةً تَحْذِيرِيَّةً فِي أرْضِكُمْ، اضرِبُوا بِالبُوقِ بَيْنَ الأُمَمِ. أعِدُّوا الأُمَمَ لِمُحَارَبَةِ بَابِلَ، ادعُوا المَمَالِكَ لِأنْ تَأْتِيَ عَلَيْهَا، ادعُوا أرَارَاطَ وَمِنِّي وَأشكَنَازَ. عَيِّنُوا وَالِيًا عَلَيْهَا، أرسِلُوا الخُيُولَ كَجَرَادٍ هَائِجٍ.
