«نَرجُوكَ أنْ تسألَ اللهَ بِالنِّيَابَةِ عَنَّا. فَنَبُوخَذْنَاصَّرُ مَلِكُ بَابِلَ يُحَارِبُنَا. فَلَعَلَّ اللهَ يَعْمَلُ عَمَلًا عَجِيبًا لِأجْلِنَا، كَمَا عَمِلَ فِي المَاضِي، فَيَتْرُكَنَا نَبُوخَذْنَاصَّرُ.»
