وقَدْ جَاءَ مَعَهُ نَحْوَ ألْفِ شَخْصٍ مِنْ عَائِلَاتِ بَنْيَامِين. كَذَلِكَ جَاءَ صِيبَا خَادِمُ عَائِلةِ شَاوُلَ، وقَدْ أحْضَرَ مَعَهُ أبْنَاءَهُ الخَمْسَةَ عَشَرَ وَخُدَّامَهُ العِشْرينَ. هَؤلَاءِ كلُّهُمْ أسْرَعُوا إلَى نَهْرِ الأُردُنِّ لِلِقَاءِ المَلِكِ دَاوُدَ.
