وَأرَادَ مَلِكُ أرَامُ أنْ يُحَارِبَ إسْرَائِيلَ. فَعَقَدَ اجتِمَاعًا مَعَ قَادَةِ جَيْشِهِ لِيَتَشَاوَرَ مَعَهُمْ. وَقَالَ لَهُمْ: «اذْهَبُوا إلَى المَوضِعِ الفُلَانِيِّ وَأعِدُّوهُ لِيَكُونَ مُنَاسِبًا كَمُعَسْكَرٍ لَنَا.»
