فَاشتَعَلَ غَضَبُ اللهِ عَلَى أمَصْيَا، وَأرْسَلَ لَهُ نَبيًّا يَقُولُ لَهُ: «لمَاذَا عَبَدتَ آلهَةَ ذَلِكَ الشَّعْبِ، تِلْكَ الآلِهَةَ الَّتِي عَجِزتَ عَنْ أنْ تُخَلِّصَ شَعْبَهَا مِنْكَ؟»
