እነሆም፥ ለእግዚአብሔር ቤት አገልግሎት ሁሉ የሚሆኑ የካህናትና የሌዋውያን ክፍሎች በዚህ አሉ፤ ለሁሉም ዓይነት አገልግሎትና ሥራ በጥበብና በነፍሱ ፈቃድ የሚሠራ ሁሉ ከአንተ ጋር ይሆናል፤ አለቆችና ሕዝቡም ሁሉ ፈጽመው ይታዘዙሃል” አለው።
