[4-5] Jy mag nie vir jou ’n beeld maak of iets in die skepping probeer naboots om dit te aanbid of daarvoor te offer nie. Jy mag nie beelde maak wat lyk soos enigiets wat in die lug daar bo is of soos iets hier op die aarde waarop jy bly of soos iets in die plekke in die water onder die aarde, om dit te vereer soos God nie. Ek verdra dit nie dat jy in ander gode glo nie. Ek reken met almal af wat die rug vir My draai, selfs met hulle kleinkinders en agterkleinkinders.
